At Dallas Fitness and Health, we know something about pain that other health professionals don’t. We understand that:

PAIN* isn’t where the problem is…PAIN is just a symptom.

Pain is just your body’s way of communicating with you.  When you have shoulder pain, that isn’t your body saying, "I’ve hurt my shoulder.”  Your body is really saying,
“My shoulder is working too hard.  Something else isn’t working.”

In the body, everything is connected and everything affects everything.  A pain in your shoulder could be a problem in your hip, foot, hand, knee, heck anywhere!  In fact, the LAST PLACE we look is “where it hurts.”

If you are in pain, everyone can tell it.  You don’t move well.  You move slower and as we say in the south, you’ve got a “hitch in your giddy-up.”  While anyone can see poor movement in a big way, we look for it in small ways.  We understand that one piece not moving correctly can have a butterfly effect on the rest of the body.  What is comes down to is:

If you have a pain problem, you have a movement problem.

Once we find the problem area and rehabilitate the problem area, pain is instantly eliminated.  At one time, movement caused pain.  Doesn’t it stand to reason that movement will relieve pain?  It is as simple as that.

At Dallas Fitness and Health, we do something no other chiropractor, doctor, physical therapist, massage therapist, body worker, trainer...anybody does: we guarantee our work!  By the time you leave if your pain level isn't at a 2 or lower (on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst), we won't charge you!  (Pain should go away completely after a few days)

You won't have to come back the next day, the next week or the next few weeks.  You will leave with a set of exercises that when done (for no more than 10 minutes per day), will teach you to be pain free.
